Instructions:
Plug in your PSP and go to USB Connection
Once in USB Mode, Go to your computer and look for your PSP's Drive.
Open it and go to your PSP>THEME, if you do not have a THEME folder in your PSP Folder make one.
THEME must be in Caps. Place the .ptf file in the THEME Folder and go to your PSP and get out of USB
Mode and go to Theme Settings and apply the theme.
